1.  If the courts are wet, members must not play on them as it could easily damage them for the rest of the season.
2.  Players should use court number 5 first, working back to court 1 in order to avoid excessive wear to the match courts - 1 and 2.
3.  Nets should be lowered slightly at the end of play to reduce tension on the nets and posts.
4.  When last to the courts, it is the responsibility of all members to make sure the gates are locked.
5.  Subscriptions must be paid within a reasonable time or players will be debarred from the courts. Only paid-up members are eligible to play in matches.
6.  Visitors may be introduced to the club by members who are then responsible for collecting the fees and recording the visit in the Visitor’s Book.
7.  Visitors may only play at the club three times in any season except with special permission form the committee.
8.  Juniors may not play on Monday senior club nights except with the prior permission of the committee.
9.  Players must wear non-ridged shoes appropriate for tennis which will not damage the grass courts. They should also wear appropriate clothing.
10.  Players should take their rubbish home and leave the grounds and clubhouse clean and tidy at all times.
11.  Any behaviour which causes offence to others or brings the club into disrepute, or causes defamation of the club’s reputation will not be tolerated. Details of the club’s disciplinary procedure are to be found in the Constitution.
